You may book an appointment for a cosmetic dermatology procedure such as Botox, Filler, Coolsculpting, Peel, Latisse, or lunchtime peel or you may book an appointment for skin cancer or Mohs surgical consultation, lastly you may book an appointment for a general dermatology problem.
The offices of Dr. Steven M. Hacker, Dr. Deborah M. Saff, and Dr. Russel S. Glaun are current accepting new dermatology patients.
Upon confirmation of your appointment with our staff, you may download the New Patient Forms below. Complete them prior to coming in for your appointment. This will save waiting time for you in our office.
Appointment times are available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Dermatology Insurance Information
Unfortunately, at this time we accept no HMO’s.
The only insurance we accept is Medicare and BCBS PPO plan.
If we are not on your plan, payment is due at the time of the visit, and we accept all major credit cards, cash and personal check. We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement as permitted by your plan. Each insurance plan is different. For all cosmetic and medically unnecessary procedures and services payment is due at time service is rendered and is not covered by insurance.
