BOTOX® Cosmetic Injections
Dr. Hacker and Dr. Saff have been performing BOTOX® Cosmetic injections for the last 6 years. We use BOTOX® Cosmetic from Allergan. BOTOX® Cosmetic is a great cosmetic treatment for wrinkles and our patient satisfaction rate is superior as evidenced by over 98% repeat procedures in the same patients.

Filler InjectionsDr. Hacker and Dr. Saff have been using RESTYLANE® and Perlane with great results since their availability. Prior to RESTYLANE® being available, our treated patient’s wrinkles with Collagen injections over 10 years ago. We also use JUVEDÉRM® Injectable Gel.

Laser Surgery
Dr. Hacker and Dr. Saff use an IPL for the laser treatment of hair removal, and unwanted brown spots and lentigines. Laser Surgery for hair reduction requires regular treatments spaced about with 6-8 week intervals. Laser surgery for unwanted brown spots typically responds in 1-2 treatments. Dr. Hacker was one of the first dermatologists to publish results of laser treatment for Psoriasis while studying at the University of Michigan.

TCA Peels
Dr. Hacker and Dr. Saff regularly perform TCA peels to help treat unwanted aging due to sun effects, unwanted discolorations and fine lines. TCA peels are an excellent treatment modality.

Skin Cancer Surgery and Mohs Surgery
Dr. Hacker has been performing Moh’s Micrographic skin cancer surgery on thousands of patients for over 14 years. As a skilled Mohs surgeon, Dr. Hacker treats skin cancer patients from all over the country and is frequently referred patients from surrounding physicians and plastic surgeons throughout the state of Florida. Skin cancer treatment and skin cancer surgery is a mainstay of Dr. Hacker’s practice.

Blue Light PhotoDynamic Therapy
We offer Blue Light PhotoDynamic Therapy combined with levulan for treatment of actinic keratoses (pre-cancer), photorejuvenation and acne.
