Once we receive your appointment request, our scheduling department will contact you to confirm the availabilty of your requested date and time, and to arrange a consultation visit for you at our office.
Appointment times are available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Dermatology Insurance Information
Unfortunately, at this time we accept no HMO’s.
The only insurance we accept is Medicare and BCBS PPO plan.
If we are not on your plan, payment is due at the time of the visit, and we accept all major credit cards, cash and personal check. We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement as permitted by your plan. Each insurance plan is different. For all cosmetic and medically unnecessary procedures and services payment is due at time service is rendered and is not covered by insurance.
